Add a system user

Step 1

Login to your Super Admin account.

Go to Administration, click Users on the menu. 

Click the Create new user button at the top right to add a new user. 

Step 2

Fill in the details, go to the next tab Roles and choose a role. 

Finish filling the form and click Save.

Profile search 

Find an existing cardholder by name, card ID, email address or phone.

Search a profile

Click Profile Search from the menu.  

 

Leave all fields blank to list all card holders.

Profile page

In the Profile page, click View Profile to update personal details. 

 

The Summary tab contains an overview of Contact Tracing history, card information and the Communications log broken down by SMS, Emails and Other.

The Notes tab contains a list of general purpose notes published by the administrators. 

The Activity tab contains a list of recent card activities. 

The Registration tab contains all the questions and answers from the last enrolment registration. 

DELETE PROFILE at the bottom of the page removes the card holder and all data from the system.

Contact Tracing

Trace a contact searching the cardholder's name, card ID, email address or phone number.

Step 1

Click Contact Tracing from the menu. 

Leave all fields blank to list all card holders.

Click Contact Trace.

Step 2

Confirm the correct cardholder from the list and click Contact Trace to continue.

Step 3

The search results page shows a list of possible contacts with the cardholder.

To see the time and date of contact events between the cardholder and a selected contact, click on View, then Events from the dropdown list. 

The Event page shows the detail of all contact events between the cardholder and the selected contact.

Send SMS or Email

Notify cardholders by sending SMS or Email. This process can be done while tracing a cardholders and people who may have been infected.

 

Step 1

Start from searching a contact or a cardholder, click Contact Tracing from the menu. Enter details or leave all fields blank to list all card holders.

Click Contact Trace.

Step 2

Confirm the correct cardholder from the list and click Contact Trace to continue.

Step 3

Tick the box next to the name of the contact, scroll down and choose SEND SMS or SEND EMAIL.

Step 4

Compose your SMS or email message, or choose SAVED TEMPLATE to select a pre-loaded message. Click SEND NOW to deliver.

Recent Activity

Monitor your system activities such as registrations, check-ins and check-outs.

 

Choose a date range and click Search. To see the details of a cardholder, click Profile.

Communications

The Communications menu logs all outgoing SMS's and emails which are sent from other section in the system. You can also setup default outgoing templates.

Sent SMS

List of SMS messages sent to the card owners. Click VIEW MORE to see the message, including the sent status and any error messages. Use SEND AGAIN to resend the SMS.

Sent Email

List of email messages sent to the card owners. Click VIEW MORE to see the email, including the sent status and any error messages. Use SEND AGAIN to resend the email.

Saved Templates

View and create SMS and email templates.

Go to Communications on the menu, click Saved Templates.

Go to the SMS or Email tab to view all recent templates.  Click edit to update the title and message content.

Click NEW TEMPLATE to build a library of consistent messages you may need to send out.

Setup

This section is only available to Super Admin users.

PLEASE NOTE: advanced settings must only be changed by an experienced administrator.

Person Categories

Assign different categories or roles in your organisation. Categories help identify users in the Profile section.

Firmware

Manage firmware versions. Click Add Firmware to upload new firmware. Only upload firmware supplied by the Contact Harald team.

Users

An overview of all the staff members registered to use the system. You may Edit and update the profile, reset password or view all activities for compliance or security issues.
